				Single Site Projects Single site projects are represented by large stand alone sites that are evaluated, designed and implemented as a stand alone project. These retrofits are treated as a unique project. Examples are hospitals, universities, military bases, etc.

Multi Site Programs

Multi site programs are composed of numerous sites that are being retrofitted to a common set of criteria developed for the client. Multi-site programs can encompass thousands of sites and may be implemented or phased in over several years depending on the specific needs of the client. Examples are small box national retailers, convenience store chains, big box national/regional retailers, school systems, hospital chains, etc.

Multi-site rollouts are the most effective way for regional and national retailers to expedite the program, begin realizing savings faster and create consistency for the design and installation of their lighting system.

Bundled Projects

Bundled lighting retrofit projects are becoming more and more common for national small box retailers. This approach combines the retrofit with the ongoing lighting maintenance and follow on scheduled group relamping. NES will not only retrofit the lighting but will also maintain it as a part of a bundled program. Fee structures can be set up in a variety of manners depending on client preference.
