Scheduled Maintenance Programs
NES will work with you to create a maintenance schedule that ensures all of your locations are consistently visited and maintained. All failed lamps and ballasts will be replaced and the fixture cleaned during each visit. While on site our technicians can also address other lighting system maintenance and control support for both interior and exterior lighting systems.

Group Relamping Programs
A very cost-effective method of maintaining lighting systems is to use a Group Relamping approach. NES will utilize rated life information of your lighting components and relamp an entire space during a single visit. This method will lower your average unit product and labor costs. Again, a master schedule will be maintained to ensure all locations are group relamped at the appropriate intervals.

On-Call Service Programs
Occasionally a need for immediate service can be required. In these instances NES is available on an On-Call basis. Our dispatchers receive your request and quickly deploy an NES lighting technician to your site for maintenance services.

Exterior Lighting Programs

Large Facility On-Site Contract Maintenance
