| Working with your lighting professional and using facility drawings or data from site visits, develop preliminary project estimates (costs, savings, impacts to lighting, etc). This will provide an early on indication of what the results of a program will be. This will help manage expectations and provides and early indicator of whether or not the program has a chance to meet corporate objectives. It also provides a sanity check for goals and objectives that may have been unreasonably set or may be in conflict with one another (ie. Light Levels vs. Savings). |
