| Consolidate all the facility data you were able to capture. A facility data base with facility ID’s, addresses, square footage, utility information/consumption, age, date of last remodel, lease dates, etc. is all very helpful. Most of this data probably resides in one or more databases already and just needs to be accessed and or consolidated. |
