Introduction to NES

NES, founded in 1994 , is a turnkey facility services company providing a wide range of lighting, electrical and other expertise to retail, institutional, industrial and other sectors. Included in NES’ offerings are exterior and interior maintenance, relamp, retrofit, remodel and other project rollouts for national and regional clients. Since inception, NES has completed projects totaling over 10,000 sites across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. NES also currently provides regular maintenance for over 6,500 sites throughout the US with and additional 2,200 planned in the next 12 months.

In the Beginning …NES was created by the founders (Reginald Cook & Heath Colcock) as a result of their desire to provide Energy Efficient Lighting Services to existing clients served by their construction company. It was a natural application for their construction and project management skills and because of demands in the market, the new endeavor easily outpaced the construction activity and became their primary focus.

As the company grew and the range of services offered increased, NES assembled a diversified management team that can boast over 150 years of combined experience in lighting and project rollouts. This experience combined with NES’ customer focused approach has consistently provided superior levels of customer satisfaction and project performance.
